Mild Weather Affords Hiking Opportunities at Blue Ridge Mountain Club
This winter season has so far been unusually mild! While it may not be the best for the area ski resorts, it has been wonderful for owners and prospects visiting Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC).
The sunshine and milder temperatures have brought more folks up to the Blowing Rock area to explore potential homesites without the foilage on the trees and snow or ice on the ground, with greater comfort that they were not going to get caught in a mountain snow storm. The milder weather also extends many outdoor activites that normally slow down significantly. Four of our newest owners have recently begun digging foundations for their vacation/second homes, and we have approximately eight more getting ready to start. Seeing all this activity is very exciting.
