Little Blowing Rock locals set out this past Saturday for the annual Easter Egg Festival and Hunt. They were even surprised by a visit from the Easter Bunny himself. Fun was had by all and the hunt was a great success.

Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock will be hosting their annual Shred for The Cup Big Air event this Sunday, January 22, starting at noon. The event, which is typically hosted at night, will be be held during the day this year. Big Air is open to skiers and snowboarders, with categories for beginner, intermediate and advanced.
